Celebrate Independence Day in Florence on July 3!

The City of Florence invites you and your family to celebrate Independence Day on Thursday, July 3, 2025, at the Florence Government Center (8100 Ewing Blvd.). This annual event is a favorite summer tradition and promises an evening full of live music, delicious local food, family fun, and a spectacular fireworks show!

Event Schedule:

• 5:30 PM: Festivities begin

• 7:00–9:45 PM: Live performance by Under the Sun

• 8:00 PM: Patriotic intermission by the Florence Community Band

• 10:00 PM: Fireworks finale by Elite Pyrotechnics
  (Rain date for fireworks is July 4 at 10:00 PM)

Enjoy music, grab a bite from your favorite local food vendors including Phat Daddy’s Eats to Treats, Papa Pat’s Hotdogs, Poseidon Pizza, Dreamys Ice Cream, Taqueria Nico, and Kona Ice. Kids will love the special Kids Zone, and families are encouraged to bring chairs or blankets for seating on the lawn.

Admission is FREE, and all are welcome! Come celebrate the spirit of Independence Day with your Florence community.
