Christmas Tree Lighting Celebration – December 3, 2024!
Kick off the holiday season with the City of Florence at our annual Christmas Tree Lighting Celebration on December 3, 2024, held at the Florence Government Center. This free, family-friendly event begins at 5:00 PM and will feature activities and entertainment for all ages.
Event Highlights Include:
- Free photos with Santa
- Story time with Mrs. Claus
- Kids’ activities: Letters to Santa, face painting, a balloon artist, and crafts
- Festive outdoor lights by our Public Services Department
- Live holiday music by the Florence Community Band
- Complimentary popcorn and hot cocoa
The evening culminates with Mayor Aubuchon lighting our community Christmas tree at 6:45 PM.
